Repsol seeks to foster a culture of excellence in safety at all of our facilities, with an emphasis on prevention to bring us closer to our ultimate goal of zero accidents.

We believe every individual plays a key role in ensuring a safe working environment, which is why we focus heavily on providing the proper training for all employees and contractors. We also regularly conduct risk assessments to identify areas for improvement before an accident can occur.

Repsol’s commitment to safety begins at the top with our management team. Our leaders consider safety the first priority in all decision making processes.

While we operate with the conviction that all accidents are preventable, we maintain an extensive emergency management system that ensures Repsol is prepared to handle any incidents that may arise.

Pipeline safety

At Repsol, we work closely with local leaders, regulators and the community to ensure our midstream operations are conducted safely and responsibly.

We operate about 300 miles of gathering and transmission pipelines in Pennsylvania, which are serviced by eight compression and gas dehydration facilities. Our midstream assets are capable of delivering 1.5 billion cubic feet of natural gas per day to market.
