Repsol E&P Academy

The Repsol E&P Academy provides elite new hires the unique opportunity to continue their education while gaining real-world experience at one of the largest oil and gas companies in the world.

The 11-month program includes advanced coursework at the Repsol Higher Training Centre in Madrid, Spain, and the prestigious Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland. It also provides field training and practical experience at one of Repsol’s upstream assets.

Participants receive full-time employment with benefits for the duration of the program.
